Bug Description

I have very slow wireless download speed (normally 10 to 200 kb/s) in Ubuntu 24.04, 6.6.0-14-generic — nothing specific to this version, just mentioning it for completeness.

Occasionally it will be faster for some minutes, around 5 Mb/s, good but for a matter of fact not as fast as what I get in Windows, but usually I'm stuck with those slow values.

The weird thing is that upload speed is always fine, between 2 and 8 Mb/s:

The same issue exists with Iwd or Debian. In Windows, however, I get consistently 20 Mb/s download speed, so this is not a hardware issue. Also to work around that I tether my mobile phone to the computer via USB, which also works well.
