Cursor is moving but not taking action on some part of extreme right side of the screen

Bug Description
When I try moving the cursor to the right side of the screen, it stops taking the actions like closing, minimizing and other options like eg. in google chrome am not able to click on settings icon which is placed at this point. It is around 2 to 3 cm from the extreme right side.
My Linux version is 23.04
