system restarts on suspend and inactive for long time

When I suspend via systemctl suspend command on home screen and any running apps it leads to reboot, and I have enabled keyboard shortcut and I generally use that shortcut to suspend. The reboot leads to closing of all apps and loosing working data. Might be bug in gnome-shell.
