Bug Description

I did a fresh installation of Ubuntu 22.10 on my (still new) Maingear MG-VCP2-15A3070T (Vector Pro 2) laptop. The base kernel image which was installed is 5.19.0-21.21, and the keyboard works fine if I boot into this. Subsequent OS updates have installed kernel versions 5.19.0-35.36, and 5.19.0-38.39, and these caused my keyboard to stop working past the Grub menu. I've been booting into the 5.19.0-21.21 kernel in order to have a working keyboard.

Here is some additional information on my laptop.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
RAM: 32GB DDR5-4800

Attaching an external keyboard does allow me to use the newer kernels.
