Bug Description

I am using Hardy as main desktop system and after yesterdays kernel package update (2.6.24-12-generic), my azalia soundcard suddenly stopped and is not detected by kernel.
I can see it in lspci output as 00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia, but alsa does not see it (aplay -l returns aplay: device_list:205: no soundcards found...).
I am not geek enough to compile kernel :-(
I am able to provide any output for debuging, just ask.

Same happened to my Dell E520 with SigmaTel STAC92XX. Rolled back to 2.6.24-11 and back working.
