Bug Description
affects Ubuntu 22.04.1
Hello,
I have an issue running Intel Mesa graphics (ADL GT2) (VGA compatible
controller: Intel Corporation Device 46aa (rev 0c)) on a Dell XPS laptop
after the latest linux headers upgrade. I am using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and I
stayed away from the latest non LTS release because this issue already
existed there. The problem I have is that every so often in the display I
will get rainbow horizontal lines that run from one side of the display to
the other and it flashes for like a second or 2 and then disappears. It
seems to be triggered by mouse movements. It will be anywhere from 2 to 6
lines of pixels.

These are some of the latest upgrades from my logs. Please note that this
issue did not exist in the LTS release until this recent update. I have
been using it since December. It was immediately present on 22.10 and why I
went back to 22.04. Seems updates finally caught up to what is in 22.10.
Best Regards,
Daniel
