Bug Description

I installed kernel 6.1.0-14 from proposed on my Ubuntu Lunar. Kernel boots fine but:
does not allow selecting Wayland, starts with X11 only
starts with a wrong display resolution
does not allow WiFi (I have only wifi thru smantfone hotspot) so i can not open a bug from it.

Can't run apport-collect because i don't have internet access.
Restarting with old kernel can just attach journalctl of boot on kernel 6 .

You don't seem to have a working kernel graphics driver. Please ensure you have installed the linux-modules-extra package. I don't know why i915.ko is considered "extra".

Try:

  apt policy linux-modules-extra-6.1.0-14-generic

You're probably missing:
