The upgrade was via the GUI update interface. (sudo apt update/upgrade) not
actually the command line
The GUI update appears daily to show the pending updates
I have done and update since then and the Oracle kernel update is not in
the update list, I assume that it has been pulled, or it no longer shows up
because I have purged it.  The update proceeded without any issues.
THere are more pending updates as of last night.  I havent applied tham as
a have a big database import running, and I don't want to update until it's
finished (couple of days)
I will get the log information this afternoon.  Have to wait till I can get
to the server, ssh is blocked
