Bug Description

Hi to all,
i'm detecting huge performance problems in a Windows 11 VM in a QEMU-KVM environment hosted by Ubuntu 22.10.
I have a 12700H intel cpu and Ubuntu is running the stock kernel (5.19.0.26.27).
Normally the virtual machine works without any issues.
Anyway when i do some complex operations that involves the use of all the cores simultaneously (such a Windows update operation or a compilation of huge c++ project) the guest starts to lag (even the mouse can't be moved for several seconds).
I can reproduce always the issue by compiling a specific huge c++ project inside Visual Studio 2022.
At specific point, where visual studio collects all the data and starts to compile, the guest freezes and lags for several seconds and then returns to operate normally.
I've tried to update to the newest 6.0.9 kernel but the problem still persists.
Anyway reverting to the older 5.18.19 there is no such problem even compiling the huge c++ project, So i think that there is something that has changed starting from kernel 5.19.
Any clue for this?

Thanks for your attention
