Bug Description
The `hid_multitouch` module may be at fault, but `sudo modprobe -r hid_multitouch` and then reinserting it doesn't address the issue.
The only workaround is to close the framework laptop lid to trigger sleep, and then upon resume from sleep a second time it works 100% of the times so far.
