[nouveau] Xorg desktop environment fails to start with QEMU GPU passthrough to NVIDIA

A fresh installation of the Kinetic daily image dated 20220920 fails to start the graphical environment when using the nouveau drivers and I'm only able to log in on the console. The system under test is using QEMU w/ GPU passthrough and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 device.

I tested this today with a Lunar daily build from 20230110 and could not recreate the issue so at least Lunar will be okay.
