Bug Description
I have a Wifi dongle, model "6d1320 usb wave 54", that is not always immediately recognized by the system (sometimes it takes several minutes to start working). With the last kernel update, it causes the boot process to hang (I kept receiving messages that an USB device was not working), so I unplugged it, getting an error about a bug on CPU core from plymounthd. Rebooting without the dongle worked fine.
