[Dell XPS 15 7590] bluetooth disabled after sleep mode

The issue appears only in 22.04. Its not constant but sometimes after the notebook has to sleep.. on wake up works only wifi but not Bluetooth (impossible to enable). Easy work around just disable all wireless and enable it again (it will disconnect wifi also) but helps. May be its (kernel/driver bug)
