Binary package hint: linux-image-
After installing the newest 2.6.24-10-generic kernel, I was unable to boot it:
After the message "Freeing unused kernel memory...", there are some warnings, that the kernel is unable to find some files which are on the root filesystem.
Then is stops with the message:
No root-on-loop configured, skipping
Done.
Begin: Waiting for root file system... ...

Care to test with the latest 2.6.24-11 kernel and linux-ubuntu- modules and verify if this is still an issue? Thanks.
