No Bluetooth found: Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

Bug Description

Seemingly out of nowhere, Bluetooth stopped working on my laptop - Lenovo Thinkpad E585. Have Dual Boot setup, Bluetooth works in Windows 10 just fine.

Following the format of bug #1859592:
