external audio interface cracking sound

after a recent kernel update, my KRK Rokit 5 speakers connected to the Behringer U-PHORIA UMC22 started to emit strange clicking sound artifacts. nothing like this happened before the last update.

@Po-Hsu Lin (cypressyew) the workaround in bug #1966066 worked for me, symptoms are the same I think this is a duplicate.

I changed at /etc/pulse/daemon.conf

default-sample-rate = 48000
alternate-sample-rate = 48000
```
