[Ubuntu 22.04] "TSC calibration failed" is shown in dmesg

Bug Description
When booting into Ubuntu 22.04, the "TSC calibration failed" message is shown in dmesg.
[ 0.000000] kernel: tsc: Fast TSC calibration failed
The issue was fixed by upstream series c7719e793478 and b50db7095fe0. I've tested the series, and the test passed.
