Bug Description
I have a Windows 11 KVM VM I use for work. After updating to Ubuntu 21.10 from 21.04, it has started locking up on boot (regardless of whether or not I enable a virtual TPM). I tried reinstalling the VM with Windows' "Reset PC" function, which restored boot - until I installed WSL2, which depends on HyperV virtualization. After installing WSL2, it was failing exactly as before.
However, if I boot with my old 21.04 kernel, linux-image-
