Touchpad does not work at all

Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series. I have ubuntu 20.04 installed. Recently I had replaced some IC from the motherboard and since then the touchpad has stopped working. I am NOT SURE which company touchpad it is. I think it must be synaptics.
Please help
