cpufreq_boost from ubuntu_ltp.kernel_misc failed with hirsute/linux-realtime

cpufreq_boost from ubuntu_ltp.kernel_misc failed with hirsute/linux-realtime 5.11.0-27.28 on amd64 nodes. This test seems to be flaky as it doesn't fail consistently.
