Bug Description
SRU justification:
[Impact]
Another Foxconn bluetooth device on MT7921 doesn't load driver.
[Fix]
MT7921 bluetooth needs both driver and firmware, firmware is SRUed.
Add ID in btusb.
Due to the project schedule, this patch is not applied by upstream,
SRU it for oem-5.13 kernel and Unstable as SAUCE.
[Test]
Verified on hardware, bluetooth works fine with headset and phone.
[Where problems could occur]
The MT7921 BT may not work.
