I've rolled back to 4.19 kernel and error did occur once but appears to happen less frequently (running for a few days now and hasn't triggered).
This is on a device that's been running fine since 2012 with none of these issues until I upgraded to 20.04 in January 2021, at which point I've had to reboot the device constantly to re-attach to storage.
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
