[Dell Vostro 3668] Strange sound when speaker is muted

when everything is off even sound is muted I am getting sound like connecting 3.5mm jack. It's not sure why this sound is coming to my headphone. It's coming unevenly few seconds later. It's not case with ubuntu 20.10 usb stick. It begin when I upgrade pkgs.

If the problem was /sys/module/snd_hda_intel/parameters/power_save then this should be assigned to the kernel.
