Bug Description
Make use of SCLP's "extended-
For such machines with ~240 CPUs the information for all CPUs cannot be provided within the response of READ CPU INFORMATION. To avoid this problem make use of extended length SCCBs.
Available with kernel 5.10.
Therefore upstream integrated with Ubuntu 21.04

This was more added for the reason of completeness,
since it became upstream accepted with 5.10 and we are on final kernel target level 5.11,
hence I can be set to Fix Released right away.
