Please:

1. Attach screenshots or photos of the whole screen when the problem happens; and

2. Check if the problem only occurs after the system resumes from sleep.

1 This is screenshot of my screen when that issue happens.

2 I can say that this kind of issue happens not only when I resume system after sleeping but also when I am trying to watch for example full hd video clips or I am dong some work that require a graphic card. This error happens both with Intel and NVIDIA graphic cards. I have tried a lot of things such as

Have you edited that screenshot? I can't see the GNOME panels and it's an odd resolution.

The problem is that I can not screenshot my entire screen , because I don't know exactly when this issue should happen. I mean it can happen while I am typing some command on my terminal or watch YouTube video. It not happens permanently. Just random.

This screenshot that I attached it's not from my computer it's just like my problem.

If you need some additional logs you can say from where and I will attach log file.

OK, thanks. Can you please try some older/newer kernels and tell us if any of those avoid the problem?

Hello, Thanks for your suggestion, I updated my kernel version to the latest(5.11.8) , and have done some stress test(I began download from a lot of places, turn on some movies on full hd format) and can say that tis type of error(screen glitching) happens fewer, so I can say tat this not solve my problem but helped decrese numbers of errors.
Maybe there is another solution to solve this problem once and for all.
