Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.

I'm marking this bug incomplete, as it appears to me you need support more than have a bug (there is insufficient data currently anyway due to the method used to file).

If you do believe it is a bug, please change the status back to "New" after you've completed the requested `apport-collect`
