Audio channels unavailable after install of 5.10.0-14

After install of the 5.10.0-14-generic kernel certain audio channels from the Realtek sound card and USB devices are unavailable (Realtek Rear Output, USB webcam input).

Reverting to the 5.8.0-36-generic kernel restores functionality.
