Bug Description

[Impact]
There is a new OLED panel that is required to be listed in the EDID quirk to make its backlight work.

[Fix]
The commit adds its EDID to the quirk.

[Test]
Verified on Dell's platform with this panel.

[Where problems could occur]
Only if this panel switches to use PWM mode only, and doesn't support DPCD backlight.
