Bug Description

I suspend the laptop either by closing the lid or by GUI clicking on Suspend option (Pohotovostný režim in Slovak).
I resume from suspend either by opening the lid or by pressing the power button.
In either case the PC resumes for about a second then power goes off (I hear the hard disk going off) and the system restarts. Then it is OK.
I think that the problem started after updating the kernel to version Linux 4.15.0-115-generic (i686). Now I use the version 4.15.0-117-generic (i686).
I have never faced this problem before and I run Lubuntu on this PC for more than year.
I cannot provide information required by Ubuntu Wiki in section DebuggingKernelSuspend as I have not installed the nondaily mainline kernel.
Issuing the command "sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/suspend_stats" I obtained the following output:

viktor@Toshiba:~$ sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/suspend_stats

That's all so far.

I tested this bug with the Linux kernel version 4.15.0-112-generic (i686) that I thought was OK. It is not. My computer has problems with resuming from the suspend mode and the behaviour is not always the same. As I used the 112 version for longer time before and nothing happened, it seems to me that now it is some hardware error as my Toshiba is quite old.
I apologize for disturbing.
