Bug Description

I am not able to send multicast in the 5.4.0-39 kernel. It appears that this was previously triaged in 2018 but a comment in that same bug report indicates that it could not be compiled for 5.x kernel

The previous bug/patch can be found here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1779173
