Touchpad not working on my Lenovo ThinkBook 14-IML 20RV

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Release 20.04) on my Lenovo ThinkBook 14-IML 20RV. The touchpad stopped working after this. On windows 10 it worked fine.

A potential fix has been committed to focal as mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1853277/comments/40. Is should be available in the next stable release.
