When enable "Extended Error Log Support" , it could not boot into OS

Bug Description

Use 3 version 18.04,19.04 and 20.04 Ubuntu OS, and enable "Extended Error Log Support" with kernel 5.4.35, 5.5.7, and 5.6.6.
BUT after update kernel, it could not boot into OS.
