Bug Description

I have a dell XPS 15 9570 laptop. I have been using Ubuntu (18, 19 and 20) for the last two years. Everything work fine except for the wifi, which randomly stops working. Sometimes I can just turn off and on the wifi and it comes to work until next random crash. However, other times, when it happens, I cannot turn off wifi, it seems like the system breaks, I have to hard shutdown the laptop and after boot it works again.

This can be similar to LP:1872351

Yes, it seems to be the same problem as LP:1872351.
I have found several possible solutions on the web, but none of them worked for me until yesterday.
I tried adding in grub the parameter pcie_aspm=off. It is too early to confirm that the problem is solved, but the error has not appeared again since then.

Was this resolved, has someone found out a proper reason for this bug? I've been scrapping the internet for weeks to now to find the solution & most of the times I've found users giving up & then falling back to only non-wireless options to connect to the internet.
