Bug summary
When the slider for the brightness is dragged to the far right (maxed out), there seems to be flickering a few seconds later. The delay time somewhat varies, sometimes 5 seconds later, sometimes 30 seconds later. When a power source is plugged-in, the flickering seems to stop, then the flickering continues. When the power source is removed, the flickering also stops, then continues later again.
Steps to reproduce
Power-on computer.
Max out brightness slider.
What happened
Display brightness is flickering.

Display brightness should not flicker.
