Linux 5.4 from focal repo does not boot on Lenovo Yoga C630 WOS, while Linux 5.4 from mainline PPA does boot

Bug Description
Hello!
I found that both of generic and snapdragon kernels from focal repository (5.4.0-14-generic and 5.4.0-14-snapdragon was tested) does not boot on Lenovo Yoga C630 WOS. Boot process hang at "Loading device tree blob..." (which means I can not provide apport report, because I can not boot kernel from focal repository, and apport refuse to collect information with other kernels).
