Eoan s390x LPAR kernel taints due to out-of-tree spl module and CDDL license of znvpair module

Bug Description

Not sure if this can be fixed or not.
dmesg from a clean reboot s390x LPAR Eoan system shows its kernel was tainted due to these 2 reasons:
