Thank you for your quick response. I installed the Linux Kernel Linux 5.3.0-27-generic you linked but there is no change. The touchpad still doesn't work. Please let me know if I can provide you with some specific log files.

I have to correct me, it works with the kernel you linked. I plugged out my USB mouse and now the touchpad is recognized perfectly. Thank you very much, Kai-Heng!
