Dell Inspiron 3558 touchpad stopped working in kernel 4.15.0-72 (but 4.15.0-70 is OK)

The touchpad is not detected by my Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop, this happened after my kernel was updated from 4.15.0-70 to 4.15.0-72. If I enter Ubuntu Advanced Options to my previous kernel (4.15.0-70) my touchpad works correctly.
