The messages in comment #2, from CurrentDmesg.txt, suggest this is a duplicate of bug 1550779, or bug 1542412

I'm not sure why this tagged as duplicate. In my case, the screen starts flickering starts during boot up, and it doesn't even go to the login screen.
However, to bypass this flickering, after restart I hold the shift key pressed and somehow get into the login screen. But even after logging, I still couldn't use the system as it is response time is SUPER slow.
(unfortunately, moved back to windows now!!! :( )

No problem, but there is some good news... The above bug reports about flickering seem to have stopped after Ubuntu 18.04. This suggests 19.10 might not have the bug. Or it might just be because there are so many more users of 18.04 than 19.10. So if you feel like testing 19.10 from USB please do:

Thanks Dan, Sure I'll check with 19.10, if it passes test with USB, will move to Ubuntu in no time.
