Bug Description
About 1 time in 5 the system either fails to suspend or fails to resume.
Problem introduced by update to 19.10, where mem sleep at least works (sometimes).
19.04 couldn't actually get into mem sleep at all. It just ended up in some medium-power state from which it could (usually) resume.
