Have booted with a Ubuntu live usb stick (I believe created by the aarch64 project, not from the usual distribution). This setup works fairly well, but nor wifi nor the X20 (LTE) modem work.

this is done in eoan I believe, but I haven't rebuild my image of eoan yet; nor started daily focal aarch64 laptops.
