Bug Description

i have DELL G3 with Intel® Core™ i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz × 8 with 24GB of ram and usual the power go down after 3h or maybe more (3h work of course ) but now it go down after 1h30min (without doing anything)
it consume much power even when it's in sleep. please help (the battery go down after 4h30min in windows) but like i said usual it go down in 3h or more of work in ubuntu

it's ubuntu 16.04.6 with the configuration :
    -Ram : 23,4 GiB
    -Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz × 8
    -Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics (Coffeelake 3x8 GT2)

Hello,
I want to thank you so much, i think that the problem is resolved now
(yesterday i had an upgrade and i did it) and for the now the power
consumption back like before, i really appreciate what you did.
i use ubuntu for 3 years now and i'm happy to be with this community (open
source community).
I'm really happy, thank you again,and i will test the battery for the a few
days to be sure that everything is alright.
