Ubuntu does not boot with kernel 4.15.0-60-generic

Bug Description
With kernel 4.15.0-60-generic Ubuntu does not boot. With kernel 4.15.0-20-generic it does boot. That is all I know. Asus E402M laptop. Ubuntu 18.04.
I'm unable to run apport-collect 1842854 because the system is unresponsive.
