I tried the following on two devices:

1. 202109-29435 - AAEON Technology Inc. Up-Xtreme i11-UPX-TGL01 - Up-Xtreme i11-UPX-TGL01
2. 202109-29450 - Intel Corp. TigerLake H DDR4 SODIMM RVP - TigerLake H DDR4 SODIMM RVP

sudo apt install edac-utils
edac-util --status
edac-util

In both cases, the results are the same:

-----------------------------------------
$ edac-util --status
edac-util: EDAC drivers loaded. No memory controllers found
$ edac-util
edac-util: Error: No memory controller data found.
-----------------------------------------

Not sure if this is expected.

Please also try Intel's reference kernel at https://private-fileshare.canonical.com/~ypwong/iotg-overlay/ for comparison.
