Today I found resolution on Web.
<http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2019/06/disable-purple-splash-screen-boot-ubuntu-18-04-higher/>

I edit /etc/default/grub to change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="" that is to delete quiet splash.

splash parameter is not kernel original parameter.
then I edit I edit /etc/default/grub to change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
that is to delete splash only.
