Hi @ejsc,

It seems your CurrentDmesg.txt contains only messages from snap/htop, so I can't really have some basic information about your Bluetooth module. Would you redo the dmesg capturing by:

  1. power off the machine completely, remove power cable or so,
  2. wait for 1 minute
  3. power on
  4. do `sudo dmesg | tee dmesg.$(uname -r)` and attach the new log

If your new dump is still filled with snap/htop garbages, please try to fix/remove that first.
