linux-image-4.15.0-48-lowlatency and newer don't boot after update from 4.15.0-47 (16.04)(i386)

And I don't know why, but I had booted with 4.15.0-48-lowlatency once. Currently the "not booting" state is quite stable. Even after reinstallation of the kernel packages.
