Bug Description

Hello Team,

I'm facing graphics detecting issue even after installed 18.04 LTS. With clean installation of Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS works perfectly without any issues..

Environment;-
Ubuntu 18.04
kernel - 4.15.0-48-generic
H/W - Dell XPS 8930 , Core i7 Processor, Nvidia GTX GeForce 1080

Even installed with proprietary NVIDIA package - "nvidia-415"

I tried to installed with HWE kernel - linux-image-generic-hwe-18.04 4.18.0.17.67 , still no luck :(
