Does update the BIOS to latest version (A19) help?

Thanks for the heads-up about the BIOS update. I have applied it and will see if the hang reoccurs.

Hi, same thing happens to my Dell 7390 after upgrading to 19.04, with kernel 5.0. This happens only after 30-40 seconds from when I connect my USB mouse to it. Downgrading kernel "resolves" issue.

Also it seems to be related with one of tracker processes getting activated.

Is it possible to find out it's a kernel regression or mesa?
