Issue happened during upgrade of a Ubuntu server 18.10 to 19.04.
Notes: lubuntu-desktop was installed on the server, and xrdp.

This is a Proxmox 5.4-3 VM,

A fresh PyCharm installation is present on the server.

After the bug occurred, the upgrade appears to have completed without noticeable issues, but I didn't perform an extensive test.
